I understand that a $500 Waiting Pool deposit is required to keep me in the Waiting Pool. This deposit will go toward the total purchase price of my puppy. I understand that $200 is NON-REFUNDABLE.*

If I change my mind and decide to no longer remain in Bedford Reg'd's Waiting Pool, I will receive a refund of $300 of the Waiting Pool deposit within 6 weeks of informing Bedford Reg'd*

I understand that the quoted price (as on the day of submitting this form) is only valid for 12 months and after which, should I decline a puppy, I expect to pay the "phased in", or current puppy prices at the time of adoption.*

I understand and agree that Bedford Reg'd reserves the right to have first pick puppy(puppies) from any litter and to reserve show quality puppies as such and decline adoption to "pet homes".*

I am aware that when puppies become available, I will receive notification by EMAIL and I agree and understand that it is my responsibility to provide a valid email address and check my email frequently around the posted arrival and availability dates.*

I understand that once Bedford Reg'd sends out a Litter Announcement/notification of availability, I need to respond back NO LATER than within 28 hours, or someone else may be given the opportunity to reserve a puppy.*

I understand that when puppies arrive and Bedford Reg'd has a puppy for me, I am reserving CHOICE and not a particular puppy at that point.*

I understand that a choice of puppy cannot be held for me without a $1000 Puppy Deposit (to be received within 24 after expressing interest).*

I acknowledge that I should expect to take my puppy home at approx. 9 weeks of age and if I know ahead of time that I will not be able to take the puppy home when they will be ready to go, I will give full disclosure of this prior to placing a deposit. *

I agree that by submitting my Waiting Pool form and deposit, that I am prepared to wait up to 12-18 months (worst case), from the time I submit this form. I am aware that I am locked in at quoted pricing for this time, after which, pricing may increase.*

I acknowledge that I am responsible for following Bedford's Litters and Confirmed Pregnancy pages and contacting Bedford Reg'd by email, to express interest in particular litters (if interested). *

I understand and agree that Bedford Reg'd will send out Litter Announcements to those in the Waiting Pool whom have expressed interest first (prior to sending to the rest of the list). *

I acknowledge and agree that Bedford Reg'd reserves the right to decline ownership to anyone for any reason and that submitting a deposit does not absolutely guarantee one a puppy/dog/sale. Further, Bedford Reg'd reserves the right to place their puppies *
