Boston Terrier Adoption Information
Once prospective puppy parents reserve "choice", they're given access to our "new puppy parents only" website (https://www.bedford-puppies.com), where we post regular photos and videos from birth, developmental milestones, updates, puppy care information, etc. Our puppies are usually ready to go to their new homes at approximately 9 weeks of age and older. Puppies are not usually chosen "in person" and are only available for meeting/adoption AFTER certified healthy (by licensed Veterinarian), vaccinated and deemed "ready to go" by our Vet. All companion puppies are sold on CKC non-breeding agreements and spay/neuter contracts.
* When puppies are born, puppy parents reserve "choice" and not particular puppies. This doesn't happen until the puppies are at least several weeks of age, once they have matured more.

- Certificate of Health (issued from Veterinarian)

- Starter items and educational information (collar, leash, bone, bully stick, soft treats, hard treats, blanket, etc.)

***Regular photos (at our earliest convenience as our schedule allows) are a courtesy we provide, a "perk" of adoption and are not obligatory/part of the purchase price of your puppy.
Contract/Guarantee
Feeding TLC food (or in very rare cases - a food of the Breeder's choosing - must keep receipts) and supplementing with NuVet are requirements of adoption (i.e. must be ordered prior to puppies leaving Bedford Reg'd), as well as maintaining health insurance (puppy parent's choice of company and plan) and continuing to feed TLC and NuVet are required in order to maintain our guarantee.

- Companion Boston Terrier puppies - $4000 plus applicable taxes
- Show Prospects - "Outright", puppy back to us, Co-owned, etc. - by private treaty
Payment Schedule - Pet Puppies
- Waiting List Deposit - $500 ($200 is non-refundable)
- Puppy Deposit (for those on the waiting list) - $1000 - Due at the time of reservation
- Total Puppy Deposit (if not on the waiting list) - $1500 - Due at the time of reservation
- Remaining balance - Due at pick-up
Payment Options
If the price of adoption is too high and you're still interested in loving a Boston, please consider Boston Terrier Rescue or another breed rescue! You may also want to consider a retired dog from a registered and reputable breeder. If you're not really sure whether a Boston is really for you and are willing to consider other breeds, please consider rescuing a puppy/dog from a recognized rescue organization and give these dogs a chance at a better life.
